Ordering Online

Do I need to be a member to make an order?

Absolutely not! We are open to everyone over the age of 19 - all you need to do as a first time customer is send us your ID to info@lotustoronto.com to ensure your order gets delivered once you've placed it!

Is there a minimum order amount?

We do require a $30 minimum order amount, however, orders over a certain amount receive free shipping! Shipping rates are dependent on your location and calculated upon checkout.

Is there a cut off time for orders?

Yes! Orders placed before 5:00PM EST are delivered same day within the GTA. Orders placed after that are delivered the next day, or sooner upon our discretion. You may also schedule delivery with us by placing a note before checkout.

Do you need ID?

First time members are required to send a copy of any photo ID showing their age and verifying their identity. We simply do not provide access to minors. Please email your ID to info@lotustoronto.com

Orders will not be dispatched until ID is received. Name on ID absolutely must match the name on the order, or the order will be cancelled for delivery. You do not need to be a Canadian resident to place in order.

Do you take your own photos or is Google Images your photographer?

We take our own pictures in house! We understand buying flower online can be a challenge - we want to make sure you get what you see and pay for. Honesty is the best policy!

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel or reschedule your delivery up until 5pm the day of your delivery without any penalty. If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery after 5pm, you may be charged a re-shipping fee.

What are your operating hours?

While you may place an order at any time of day or night, only orders received before 5PM are considered for same-day delivery. We deliver between 10AM-10PM every day.

Our administrative staff is available to contact directly via phone, web chat or email every day from 12PM-5PM

Delivery & Shipping

Same-Day Delivery Policy

Lotus Toronto ships same-day for orders placed before 5:00PM and next-day (potentially sooner) for orders received placed after.

Orders that have fulfilled our same-day guarantee eligibility and are placed before 5:00PM will receive their parcel no later than 10pm. If you are a new customer, your order will not be dispatched until your payment has been processed. Your order will arrive in a discreet, unmarked vehicle, and your courier will be similarly discreet and smell-proof. We provide door-to-door delivery for all houses, and deliver to the lobby for all residential buildings or hotels.

Lotus Toronto delivers same-day within the GTA. Orders outside this region are eligible for mail-order, or may be subject to a delivery fee for same-day delivery determined on a case-by-case basis.​

Tipping is not required, but is greatly appreciated!

Mail Order Delivery Policy

Orders that are outside of our same-day delivery zone are sent via Canada Post mail order with tracking. Orders placed and paid in full before 3pm EST will be shipped the same business day between Monday - Wednesday only. Please note that mail orders placed from Thursday - Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Unfortunately, Canada Post has become increasingly unreliable during our experience with them, and therefore, Lotus Toronto assumes no responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels. Please proceed at your own risk.

How fast do I recieve an order if I place it today?

Your order is guaranteed for same-day delivery within the GTA, given that your order has been submitted before 5:00PM EST with all necessary requirements. We do not provide time stamps or ETA on any orders, however, you will be notified 30 minutes before your courier arrives, as well as on arrival. Orders placed after 5:00PM EST ship next-day or sooner, upon our discretion.

Canada Post Mail Orders submitted and paid before 3pm will be shipped out the same business day.

[NEW CUSTOMERS] - If you place an order without paying, we will hold your order for up to 24hours to receive payment, after which it will be automatically cancelled.

What happens if I can't be present during a delivery?

If you would like us to leave your parcel in a safe-drop location, mailbox, or building concierge, please specify before checking out in the "Additional Notes" field. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen parcels should you choose to safe-drop your delivery.

If you suspect you will not be present to receive your parcel, please call, or email us letting us know so that we can avoid dispatching your order, should you wish to receive it the next day. You may cancel or reschedule your delivery up until 5pm the day of your delivery without any penalty.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery after 5pm, you may be charged a $15 re-shipping fee.

Payment

What payment methods do you provide?

We are currently accepting Interac Email Money Transfers from all customers. Details will be provided upon checkout.

We are accepting cash-on-delivery to existing customers only.

ALL mail orders MUST be prepaid via e-transfer before orders are shipped.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is determined based on location and order amount. Free shipping starts from a minimum order of $75, $90 or $120 depending on your location. Please submit shipping details upon checkout to determine your same-day shipping rate or free shipping eligibility.

For Mail Order Delivery, free shipping is offered on orders of $75 or more for standard shipping and $90 or more for express.

Why do I pay taxes on my orders?

Our quality products come from licensed MMAR/ACMPR growers registered with GST numbers who charge us tax, which is simply reflected after checkout. Furthermore, in order to accept payments, we are required by law to remit taxes. We may create a new harmonized total that includes the taxes we collectively pay in the future.

How do I send an Interac E-transfer?

Send Money directly from one bank account to another

Send money using Interac e-Transfer to simplify everyday payments and a great alternative to cheques and cash.

Send money today:

  • Log in to your financial institution's online or mobile banking and navigate to Interac e-Transfer Send Money.
  • Select the account you would like funds transferred from.
  • Add or select a contact and fill out the name and e-mail address or mobile phone number of the person you wish to send money to.
  • Type in the specified amount you are sending, along with a personalized message. Enter a security question and answer if the recipient doesn’t have the Autodeposit feature turned on and complete the transfer.
  • The recipient will receive a notification and can deposit the funds to their account through their online or mobile banking.
